888 Poker
Just because I’m taking a break from the on-line scene, doesn’t mean you should. I remember paying my dues at the low-roller tables of Freshman year, building up bankroll funds to afford my first on-line deposit. The poker room? Pacific Poker, a local flavor of Australian online poker.
The interface is easy to navigate and the look backs up the “Pacific” brand of an island casino. For the first year I found myself diversifying into other budding poker rooms, all attempting to capitalize on the boom of televised poker. I busted out in all but Pacific Poker’s poker tournaments. Was I just inexperienced in these early days or was experience so poor that I spiraled into perpetual tilt? Probably a little of both.
